Deadwood Dinner Theater

Hey guys, we are planning a trip to Deadwood in Bear Grass for a dinner show on September 29th. There will be a sign up sheet at the next meeting, if you are unable to attend the meeting but still want to go just give me a call or email me and let me know. I need a definite head count by Sept. 1.

~Flounder

The "Trial of Jack McCall--Dinner Show" that we are featuring, is a reenactment of the play that had been running in DEADWOOD, South Dakota for over 65 years until the town bought the rights to the play and "archived" it as a historical production.

The play is based on the actual "trial" that was put on in the DEADWOOD mining camp, after Jack McCall murdered "Wild Bill Hickock" while he was playing poker in Saloon No. 10.

This is an audience "interaction" play, in that audience members are "picked" from the audience during the dinner to serve as "jurors" and one special person, usually a child to play "The Deputy" in the trial.

BE SURE TO BRING YOUR CAMERA!

Tickets are $25 for adults,

$15 (under 12-"kids meal")

*tickets are non-refundable.

Thank You For 2 Great Years!

We wanted to extend our deepest appreciation for everyone who has been involved in the Greenville Jaycees for the past 2 years while we were serving as president(s) of the Greenville Jaycees for 2005 & 2006. We know that our family is a hectic, busy one and we know that the chapter certainly put up with some of our craziness including children at meetings and other planning. We had 2 great years being your leaders and we wouldn't have traded that experience for the world. We hope you had a blast at the Super Bowl Party - we wanted to say THANK YOU to the chapter in the biggest way we could! You are all valued friends of us and we look forward to many more years with our friends in the Greenville Jaycees! Thanks for all you do!!

In Jaycee Spirit,
Kathy & Randy Cox
